K Dramas with additional post actions and Spanish voice over

Although I don't mind it, occasionally I want to multitask while reading English subtitles. Due to my bilingualism and the fact that most Korean dramas on Netflix lack an English voice over, I typically watch them in Spanish when it's an option. Because "Start-Up" only featured Spanish voice over in the first episode, I started watching it. After I made a post about it on the Netflix Reddit, the entire series had Spanish voiceover in about a week. I'm very happy I was able to watch it. Then, suddenly, Spanish voice overs began to appear in a few additional K dramas. Several, but not all. In the teaser clips, some of them frequently had the Spanish voice, and  Netflix Reddit and in about a week the whole series had Spanish voice over. I’m so glad I got to watch it. Then a few other K dramas had Spanish voice overs all of a sudden. Not all but a few. Usually some of them would have the Spanish voice in the preview clips and I saved them to my list but now when I go watch them, the Spanish voice over isn’t there. I wonder if I have to be watching something with Spanish voice over selected for that to happen? So far the only dramas I’ve seen with Spanish voice over that I can remember are;
